1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flair ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Flair. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

One Account: Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination of all accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any illegal activities
• Share sexually explicit content
• Spam other users or send unsolicited messages
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts

5. In-App Purchases

Flair offers in-app purchases ("Gems") that can be used for premium features. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flair and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant Flair a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the app settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Flair makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
