End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Flair grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Flair mobile application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. User-Generated Content

Zero Tolerance Policy: Flair has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful
• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or harassment based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Infringes upon any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contains private information of third parties without consent

3. Content Moderation and Reporting

User Reporting: Users may report objectionable content or abusive behavior through in-app reporting mechanisms. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

Content Removal: Flair reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement without prior notice.

Account Termination: Users who violate this Agreement may have their accounts immediately terminated and be permanently banned from the service.

4. User Blocking

The application includes mechanisms for users to block other users. Once blocked, users cannot contact each other through the application.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use any robot, spider, or other automated means to access the service
• Bypass any measures we may use to prevent restricted access

6. Intellectual Property

The Flair application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Flair and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this license. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and destroy all copies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Flair disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new EULA on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
